Effective August 1, 2008

 

The Southern Tier USBC was chartered by the United States Bowling Congress, effective August 1, 2008. The Southern Tier USBC is a consolidation of the former Binghamton - Johnson City - Endicott USBC Women's Bowling Association, the former Southern Tier USBC Bowling Association, and the former Southern Tier USBC Youth Bowling Association. At a special session held on June 14, 2008 at the Endwell Fire Station, a group of officers and members met to hold the organizational meeting of the Southern Tier USBC.

 

Effective August 1, 2014

 

Karen Hayslett completed her two terms as President as of July 31, 2014. Beckie Eynon takes the reigns as our new President. Karen starts a term as our new Sergeant-at-Arms. Tommy Shelton joins the Board as a new Director. All officers and directors were elected into the position at the Annual Membership Meeting held on June 14, 2014.

 

Effective August 1, 2018

 

The Southern Tier USBC celebrates it's 10th Anniversary on August 1, 2018. It is hard to believe that ten years has passed since we merged together as a single organization to service our bowlers.  Beckie Ripic continues as President, Randy Snyder comes into the Vice President position and Glenn Hashizumi joins the Board as a new Director. Robert Pflanz Jr. and Michael Fenn were both re-elected for another term in their incumbent positions. All officers and directors were elected into the position at the Annual Membership Meeting held on April 14, 2018.
