To members of the Southern Tier USBC:

This letter is to inform you of the annual open membership meeting to be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025, starting at 12:00 PM (Noon) at Midway Lanes, Vestal, NY 13850.

It is critical to achieve the required quorum of attendees at the annual meeting, which is ten (10) adult members and one (1) youth representative, in order to take the actions planned for the meeting.

Please make every effort to attend this meeting as the Southern Tier USBC is your bowling association. 

The purpose of the meeting is to elect candidates to the board and conduct any other business pertinent to running the association. The positions that will be up for election are as listed below.

Also, you will be electing delegates to attend the 2026 USBC National Convention and Annual Meeting and the 2026 New York State USBC Annual Meeting.

If you are interested in running for any of these positions, fill out an application form and return it to the Nominating Committee, % Southern Tier USBC, 213 N. Jensen Road, Vestal, NY, 13850 by 12:00 PM (Noon) on Friday, April 4, 2025.
